Toasted Bread Pizza

Once again, I made up my own recipe.  I got the bread from a friend and I decided to make bread with spaghetti sauce and cheese.  You could put other toppings on it but we didn't have anything else since I made this on a spur of the moment.  I heated my oven up to 350.  I mostly cook things like this at the temperature.  This recipe only takes 15 minutes to make and is was great to have for lunch.

This is the bread that I used.  Some kind of Italian hamburger buns.
Put spaghetti sauce and toppings on.
The end product

Vegetable Alfredo

People are always interested in fast quick dinners.  Sometimes, we don't figure out what we are having for supper until it is time for supper.  I will admit that I have a hard time cooking meat.  That is why I keep Jesse around.  Lol.  He didn't want to cook the steak that was thawed and in the fridge.  So I came up with the idea mixing Alfredo sauce with vegetables and pasta.  I used macaroni noodles.  I brought my water to a boil and the mixed in the noodles and vegetables.  I cooked the noodles until they were done and then just strained the water and food.  I added the Alfredo sauce and then presto, easy dinner.  I for one like more vegetables than meat.  I also prefer chicken over steak.  I didn't do exact measurements on anything.  I used about a half a bag of broccoli and cauliflower and about a little less than a 1/4 bag of carrots.  I used about a 1/4-1/2 a box of macaroni noodles and a 16 oz jar of alfredo.

Toasted Cheese and Tomato Bread

My boyfriend and I came up with this recipe one night when we didn't know what else to make.  I don't really have a name for it but it's quite simple to make.  Spread the butter on the hoagie style bun that has been cut in half.  You can either then put the garlic on now or wait until everything else is on to put garlic on.  I put cheese and then tomato on.  I set the oven to about 350 degrees.  I really don't know how long it takes to cook for when I made this, I just kept my bread to see how toasted and how melted the cheese is.  This doesn't take long to make and really easy.  I have even made this for lunch and added turkey lunch meat to it.  So the recipe I provided is just an example of what can be done.
