Little Critter Apps

I made a post a while ago about Little Critter books.  I recently discovered Little Critter Apps that make it easy to have the story read to you or you read the story yourself.  It also autoplays the story and when the screen is touched, the story still continues to play.  So nice.  It also counts how many pages you find the frog, mouse or spider.  If something on the picture is clicked, words zoom up telling you what the item is.  A really neat way to learn words.  Great apps and I so recommend them.  Who wouldn't fall in love in with Little Critter?

                                                                                                                                          

Charlie Brown Apps

Everyone LOVES Charlie Brown.  I recently grabbed these two apps and love them.  They tell the story and you can touch the characters and they will do stuff.  Very, very cool.  I recommend these to anyone with a little one.

               

Just Gotta Love Little Critter

As a kid growing up, I remember reading many, many different books.  One of my favorites that I am passing down to my daughter is Little Critter books by Mercer Mayer.  I always thought it was cool how in one book, you would see one or two of the following creatures that you would see in every scene throughout the book:  grasshopper, spider and mouse.  My daughter was given some for her first birthday from some family and I enjoyed looking at every page with my mother in seeing where we could find the creatures that were in that particular book.  So even adults can enjoy Mercer Mayer.
